Alaskan Bush People’s Matt Brown: You’ve never seen him like this before

Matt Brown and his shocking transformation is leaving Alaskan Bush People fans speechless. Find out what happened to Matt and how his mom Ami is doing.

With most readers wanting to know an update on Ami Brown’s health status, family insiders report that she is getting ready to do a second round of chemotherapy at UCLA. Ami’s lung cancer is inoperable and stage 4 lung cancer means that it has spread to other parts of the body.

In regard to news that the Brown family bought a $2.7 million mansion in Beverly Hills and that Billy has $60 million, both are clickbait reports. Family friends are saying that the Browns did not buy the 5-bedroom house that they are currently living in but that they are renting the residence in order to be close to UCLA where Ami is receiving her treatment. UCLA is only about a 10-minute drive or 3 miles away from Beverly Hills.

Whoever calls a $2.7 million home in Beverly Hills a “mansion” must be a realtor (trying to sell something) or know very little about real estate in Southern California. For around $1 million, one might be able to find a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo (not a house) in the Beverly Hills area. For about $2.5 million, one might find a 2,500 square foot home.

As for Billy Brown’s net worth of $60 million, the news website provides no proof of this and the number is only mentioned in a video including text and old photos of the Brown family. As far as it is known, Billy Brown is getting paid by Discovery Channel and is in charge of the Brown family’s total net worth. It might be one of the reasons why some of the Brown children have decided not to continue appearing on the show.

Rain Brown, the youngest child of the Alaskan Bush People family, is sharing photos, especially photos of herself at the pool. Unlike any Californian kids, the 14-year-old is never dressed in a swimsuit but always in a wetsuit. In either case, judging from the swimming pool shown on Rain’s Instagram pictures, the pool is not part of a mansion but just like most swimming pools found in any home  in southern California.

In contrast to his little sister Rain, Matt Brown, the oldest son of the Alaskan Bush People family, has kept a very low profile since his mom’s cancer diagnosis. According to second-oldest son Joshua, Matt has had a very difficult time dealing with his mom’s illness.

Judging from Matt’s most recent photo, the Brown family’s oldest son seems to be doing quite well. Gone are the long locks, most of the facial hair, and the sleeveless shirts.

Instead, 35-year-old Matt is dressed in a suit and wears a tie.

Most fans agree that Matt Brown looks happy and very handsome in the photo. Of course, critics have to point out that Matt’s belt didn’t go through the front loop and that there is a stripe of green dirt on the right leg of his pants.

Matt’s new look does make one wonder whether he has a new job or whether he was out for a job interview.

With Ami fighting for her life, Matt Brown seems to be staying close to his mom in California. Filming for Alaskan Bush People Season 8 has stopped.
